TTI utilizes Support Centers in various locations around the world. These Support Centers are staffed with highly qualified engineers 24X7 and are accessible via phone, e-mail, and fax. When available, a Support Center uses remote access to enter the Customer’s production/testing environment(s) in order to expedite problem resolution by Support Center engineers. Customer satisfaction is ensured as Support Center personnel are measured by their success to resolve the customer’s problems quickly, efficiently, and in a way that the problem does not repeat itself.

The TTI Telecom portfolio of maintenance and support services includes:

Basic Maintenance & Support (“Silver”) - Support is provided during business hours. Maintenance releases of the TTI Products are provisioned.

Extended Maintenance &Support (“Gold”) service of operational support 24x7 (all hours of the day and all days) with a defined Service Level Agreement.

On-Site Operational Support for operators - On-site Operational Support includes assigning TTI engineers to the customer's site

Remote Operational Support - This service is provided to customers who seek TTI’s support to manage their TTI-provided applications. The service includes periodical review of the system health from a system management point of view.

On-Site Operational Support for Developers - a service that is offered to certified engineers who install TTI software, customize TTI software or develop using TTI software. On-Site Developers support is offered at the customer’s respective location.

eMail and Phone Support - a service for developers for the use and utilization of TTI’s implementation tools

Certification of Self Developed Libraries - This service is offered to customers who modify and create new libraries for use with their system. The program includes Training for Developers and the Support for Developers.

Sales Support for Partners - Sale support services and telecom solution engineering consultancy are provided throughout the sale cycle.
