Eitan Naor joined TTI Telecom in August 2010 to serve as general manager of Service Assurance division at TEOCO and CEO of TTI Telecom subsidiary. Eitan brings more than 25 years of leadership and experience in the global telecom and service assurance markets. Prior to joining TTI Telecom, Mr. Naor served as President and CEO of Magic Software (NASDAQ:MGIC), where he led a significant restructure of the business and regained focus in its worldwide network of partners, resulting in a significant increase in sales and a return to profitability in less than one year. Mr. Naor also had great success in his other professional roles, including President and CEO of ECTEL (NASDQ:ECTX, Division President at AMDOCS, and Vice President with ORACLE Israel.

As of September 2010 Mr. Ebel serves TTI as CTO and VP Products, responsible for TTI Telecom's products strategy and roadmap, R&D division, products management, product marketing and corporate marketing. Mr. Ebel joined TTI on 2004 as Chief Technology Officer (CTO),  leveraging over 14 years of experience in the network management and OSS arena. On July 2008 he become TTI's Chief Operation Officer (COO), leading its business strategy and day-to-day sales, projects and operations. Before joining TTI Mr. Ebel held various positions in the OSS industry, including Chief System Engineer at Ofek, a NGN telecom professional services group, and System Engineering Department Manager for OSS solutions at Telrad Networks. Mr. Ebel holds an MBA and a B.Sc in Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv University, graduating cum laude

Joshua (Shuki) Rozanski was appointed Vice President, Sales in January 2011. Mr. Rozanski brings over 20 years of expertise in sales, marketing and business development within the ‎telecommunication and hi-tech industries. In his current position, Shuki ‎leads the sales activities worldwide. ‎

Mr. Rozanski's career at TTI Telecom also spanned positions as AVP Sales, managing the company sales ‎team in EMEA, and prior to that, as Director of Sales Western Europe, based in London. Before joining TTI Telecom in 2000, Mr. Rozanski served in senior marketing and sales positions at ECI ‎Telecom in Israel from 1996-2000, including Director of Marketing & Sales, West Europe. Prior to that Mr. ‎Rozanski held positions as Senior Investment Analyst at Genesis Management and Investments and ‎Supervisor of large-scale electronic projects for the Israeli Air Force.

Mr. Rozanski holds a B.Sc in Electronics Engineering from the Jerusalem College of Technology and ‎MBA from Bar Ilan University, graduating cum laude.

Daniel Gazit joined TTI Telecom in December 2010 as Vice President of Services and Delivery.  Daniel brings more than a decade of leadership and experience in the Delivery, Support and R&D disciplines in the telecom and IT market. Daniel joins TTI Telecom from Comverse Network Systems where he last held the position of Vice President of VAS global services. In this capacity he focused on successfully streamlining the organization towards higher profitability and expertise. In his tenure in Comverse Daniel also held various management positions in the Project delivery, Support, and R&D organizations.  Prior to that Daniel served as the COO of Proxy Aviation Systems leading the company in the creation of an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle.  Daniel Holds A B.Sc In Industrial Engineering and management from the Tel Aviv University.

Alon Zelzion was appointed Vice President, Major Accounts and Channels in December 2010. Mr. Zelzion brings to TTI Telecom over 30 years of experience in senior leadership positions in general management, sales, marketing, business development and R&D in the high tech industry. Mr. Zelzion is a co-founder of two successful technology companies: Scorpio Communication, a developer of ATM chip and sub-systems acquired by U.S. Robotics, and Given Imaging (Nasdaq: GIVN), a global leader in capsule endoscopy. A veteran of the communications industry Mr. Zelzion is a former VP & General Manager, EMEA & APAC of Schema, a principal provider of optimization software for mobile operators, Executive VP Sales of TTI Telecom, COO of Vsoft, a developer of innovative client-server software for management and distribution of broadcast quality video over IP networks, and President of Ace Communications, a developer of data communication and networking systems. Mr. Zelzion holds a B.Sc. in electrical engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and a M.Sc. in engineering from California State University, Northridge, both with distinction.
