Meir Lipshes resumed the position of CEO of TTI Telecom as of January 1, 2007. Before that, he served as one of TTI Telecom’s directors since the company commenced independent operations in September 1992.
On December 29, 2004, Mr. Lipshes became the Chairman of TTI Telecom’s board of directors. Mr. Lipshes also served as Chief Executive Officer from January 1996 through September 2004, and from March 2005 through November 2005 (on an interim basis). Afterwards, Mr. Lipshes continued to be engaged by TTI Telecom in the capacity of Executive Director.
Mr. Lipshes was one of the founders and is a current shareholder of Team, TTI Telecom’s former principal shareholder, and served as Team’s President from 1972 to May 1995 and as its Chief Executive Officer from May 1995 until September 1996. Mr. Lipshes also served as acting President of Omnitek-Eichut Ltd. from November 1994 until September 1996. Mr. Lipshes was also a director of Team and Omnitek, from 1972 until 2006, and from 1979 until 2006, respectively.
From 1970 to 1972, he was employed in the electronics and engineering division at Motorola Israel, where he was one of the founders of the computing department. He also served as a development engineer for encoding equipment in the Signal Corps of the Israel Defense Forces. Mr. Lipshes has a degree in electronics from the Technical School of the Israeli Air Force.
 

Tali Cohen-Tueg, Chief Financial Officer since August 2009.‎

Prior to her CFO appointment, Mrs. Cohen-Tueg served as TTI Telecom's Controller since she ‎joined the company in 1997. From 1994 to 1997, Mrs. Cohen-Tueg worked and specialized in a ‎CPA firm.

Mrs. Cohen-Tueg holds her BA degrees in Economics and Accounting from Hebrew University ‎in Jerusalem. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.‎

Dr. Tony Khatskevich joined TTI Telecom in 2010 as Vice President of Research and Development. Tony brings with him a wealth of experience in managing R&D organizations in the information technology and telecommunications industries with a proven track record in critical time-to-market deliveries.

Mr. Khatskevich combines solid technical skills, a broad system view and extensive managerial expertise in his experience. He has a record of over 25 years in design and development of SW and HW solutions, working in real-time and in embedded environments, building and managing large scale complex multiplatform systems, structuring company growth, strategic decision making, defining technology directions and products architecture.

Prior to joining TTI Telecom, Mr. Khatskevich held the VP R&D position at ioimage, a worldwide leader for intelligent video surveillance cameras, until it was successfully acquired in 2010 by DVTel, a large surveillance solutions manufacturer. Prior to ioimage, Mr. Khatskevich served in challenging executive R&D positions at several companies, including Aladdin, where he led the development of large enterprise content security management solutions, Emblaze, where he led the development of the world’s most innovative smartphone, and other large companies (such as Cylink and Celvibe).

Mr. Khatskevich holds M.Sc. degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics (graduating with honors), and a Ph.D. degree in Applied Mathematics from the State University of Georgia.

Duby Yoely joined TTI Telecom in 2001 as engineering group manager, responsible for telecom content solutions and professional services. In his current position, he is responsible for Solution Engineering and Marketing. He has held telecom management positions since 1988, when he joined Bezeq as an engineer. Since then he has gained broad hands-on and management experience in the implementation of network management systems. Mr. Yoely is an expert in telecom management standards and has years of practical experience as a telecom operator.
After ten years at Bezeq, as NMC engineer and then manager, Mr. Yoely joined Partner (Orange Il - a green-field operator at the time), where he started as NOC manager and took part in the rollout of GSM/UMTS networks by establishing the company’s network operation team, creating work procedures and by assimilating network management tools.
Mr. Yoely holds a BSc in electrical engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology.

Joshua (Shuki) Rozanski was appointed Vice President, Business Development & GM, Regional Business ‎Unit in January 2008.

Mr. Rozanski brings over 20 years of expertise in sales, marketing and business development within the ‎telecommunication and hi-tech industries. In his current position, he holds two responsibilities: one for ‎managing the company alliances and indirect sales activities worldwide and the second for the Regional ‎Business Unit’s sales, delivery and support in Europe & CIS. ‎
Mr. Rozanski's career at TTI Telecom also spanned positions as AVP Sales, managing the company sales ‎team in EMEA, and prior to that, as Director of Sales Western Europe, based in London.

Before joining TTI Telecom in 2000, Mr. Rozanski served in senior marketing and sales positions at ECI ‎Telecom in Israel from 1996-2000, including Director of Marketing & Sales, West Europe. Prior to that Mr. ‎Rozanski held positions as Senior Investment Analyst at Genesis Management and Investments and ‎Supervisor of large-scale electronic projects for the Israeli Air Force.

Mr. Rozanski holds a B.Sc in Electronics Engineering from the Jerusalem College of Technology and ‎MBA from Bar Ilan University, graduating cum laude.

Yossi Arviv was promoted to Vice President, Projects in July, 2009.

Mr. Arviv joined TTI Telecom in 2000 and has since risen through the ranks to assume various management positions, amongst them Software developer, R&D Manager, R&D Director and Director of Professional Services. During this period, Mr. Arviv managed large product development teams and large-scale project customizations.

Along with his solid technical skills, Mr. Arviv brings with him a customer-centric approach and profound knowledge of the software development world.

Mr. Arviv’s many responsibilities include worldwide project delivery, professional services, and customer support.
 

Kobi Alaluf is the General Manager of TTI Telecom's Americas Regional Business Unit. He was appointed to the position in 2008. He has been with TTI Telecom since 2000 and has previously held various key management and leadership positions in program management, account management, and project management in TTI’s Sales and Delivery organizations.
Prior to joining TTI Telecom, Mr. Alaluf held key management and technology positions both at ECI Telecom and Motorola Communications. He was with ECI Telecom, a global provider of networking infrastructure equipment, from 1993 to 2000 and with Motorola communications from 1989 to 1993.
Mr. Alaluf has more than 15 years of general management, sales, operations and technology experience in the telecommunications industry and has conducted business globally with several leading vendors and carriers worldwide.
Mr. Alaluf holds a BA degree in Economics and Business Management from Tel-Aviv University, and a BE degree in Electronics Engineering. He graduated with honors from both institutes.

Gerard Halimi joined TTI Telecom in 2000 and was appointed as Vice President, Projects in 2006. In his present capacity, Mr. Halimi is responsible for project delivery in Europe, APAC and Africa.Mr. Halimi has over 22 years experience in Project and Customer Management in the telecommunications and software industry.
Prior to joining TTI Telecom, from 1997-2000, Mr. Halimi held managerial positions at Bezeq and was accountable for of all billing related client server applications.
Mr. Halimi also brings extensive technical and managerial experience from France, where he worked for more than 11 years at leading system integrators including Transiciel and Bull.
Mr. Halimi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology and an Master of Science degree in Computer Sciences from CERAM (France).

Tommy Quitt manages TTI Telecom’s business in Asia including sales, delivery, support and all ‎customer facing activities.

He brings a very strong technical background combined with a sound business approach all ‎aimed to serve as the focal point for TTI Telecom customers in the region.‎

Tommy has a track record of 15 years of experience all in the telecom market. Prior to this ‎position, Tommy Quitt served in TTI Telecom as accounts manager, development department ‎manager and project manager. He served also as a regional sales manager in Magic ‎Software Enterprises, led research and development teams in other companies and acted ‎as a consultant to several high tech companies in Israel.

Tommy Quitt has a Master of Business Administration and BA in computer science.‎

Tal Sharon was promoted to Vice President, Operations Israel after holding different project management, delivery and sales positions at TTI Telecom, since 2000. Ms. Sharon brings to this position more than 20 years of experience in the information technology and telecom industries.
Prior to joining TTI Telecom, Ms. Sharon served as the European Technical Director of Enigma Ltd. from 1993-2000, while in Paris, France.
Before her term at Enigma, Ms. Sharon served as an officer and member of the academic reserve program of the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF). From 1987-1992, Ms. Sharon managed a team of IBM mainframe programmers, handling complex large scale database systems.
Ms. Sharon holds a BSC degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Technion Institute of Technology in Haifa, and a Masters degree in Education and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University. She graduated cum laude from both universities.

Erez Yehuda has more than thirteen years of technical and managerial experience in the Information Technology and the Telecom Industries. Since 2002, Mr. Yehuda has been managing TTI Telecom’s sales, delivery and operations in Australia.
Prior to his current role, he held several senior management positions at TTI Telecom since 1994, including responsibility over large scale projects delivery for TTI Telecom’s customers in the Americas, Europe and Israel, and managing the research and development of TTI Telecom's xDR and SS7 monitoring and analysis products.
Before joining TTI Telecom, Mr. Yehuda worked for MINT (SunGard) developing solutions for the financial service industry. Mr. Yehuda holds B.Sc. in Computer Science and Business Management from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, graduating cum laude.
